2019 AFCON PREVIEW: GUINEA-BISSAU VS GHANA
* Guinea-Bissau continue their aim of qualifying to the knockedout stages as they lock horns with the four times Champions, Ghana in the final Group F fixture at the Africa Cup of Nations at the Suez Stadium on Teusday evening.

* This evening encounter will be the first game between Guinea-Bissau and Ghana in the Africa Cup of Nations.
* Ghana are winless in their last four Africa Cup of Nations games (D2 L2), their worst run since January 2000 to January 2002 (also four).
* Guinea-Bissau are one of the four teams who failed to score a goal in the first two matchdays of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (with Congo DR, Burundi and Namibia).
* Ghana failed to score in four of their last six Africa Cup of Nations games, as many as in their previous 26.

* A Slovakia-based Zezinho guided Guinea-Bissau to their AFCON debut in 2017, the captain will have to lead by example to claim a huge and is likely to play in an attacking midfield role.
* Guinea-Bissau's Bura made more tackles (six), interceptions (four) or won back possession more often (12 times) against Benin than all his colleagues.
* He is likely to be pivotal in keeping Ghana's attacking options limited.
Ghana:
* Ghana's Andre Ayew new record of 9 goals in Africa Cup of Nations against Benin broke Asamoah Gyan's record of eight, Andre now lead as top scorer for Ghana in the competition.
* The Ayew brothers are the only Ghana players able to hit the back of the net in this year's tournament . Andre and Jordan scored the goals in the game with Benin in the first half.
* The Ayew brothers have been involved in 12 of Ghana's last 16 goals in the Africa Cup of Nations (9 goals and 3 assists).
* Ghana's Owusu Kwabena was arguably Ghana's best attacking player against Cameroon in a little over three minutes on the pitch. The 22-year-old could be the key to a much-needed win.
* Veteran Striker Asamoah Gyan came on in the 78th minute of the dour 0-0 draw with Cameroon last time out for his first appearance in the 2019 finals, in a game in which Ghana managed 15 shots but only one on target.
