BIBIANI GOLD STARS DISMISS STEPHEN FRIMPONG MANSO FOLLOWING CAF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE LOSS

Bibiani Gold Stars, the reigning Ghana Premier League champions, have parted ways with their head coach, Frimpong Manso.
The decision follows their 2-0 first-leg defeat to Algerian giants JS Kabylie in the CAF Champions League at the Accra Sports Stadium last Saturday.
Stephen Frimpong Manso guided the team to their first-ever Ghana Premier League title.
The former Ghana Black Stars player was appointed as the head coach of Bibiani Gold Stars on December 6, 2023, after parting ways with Bofoakwa Tano on November 23, 2023.
The 66-year-old gaffer recently won the 2025 GHALCA Top Four competition with Bibiani Gold Stars, alongside Accra Hearts of Oak, Kumasi Asante Kotoko, and Heart of Lions.
In their Ghana Premier League opener, Bibiani Gold Stars defeated Bechem United 2-1 at Dunks Park.
