GHANA PREMIER LEAGUE 2025-26: INTERESTING RECORDS AFTER WEEK SIX GAMES

The Ghana Premier League continued over the weekend with 18 teams chasing the ultimate trophy in the 2025-26 season. 

Interesting and surprising results were recorded across eight venues in the country, with history being made after Match Day six  fixtures. Each game saw over 1.5 goals in the eight matches played during matchday six of the Ghana Premier League, which started with Saturday's matches.

The week's fixtures kicked off with two games played on Saturday, four were played on Sunday, and two games were played on Monday with one outstanding game between Asante Kotoko and Young Apostles due to Asante Kotoko's Africa Confederation Cup campaign.
