GHANA PREMIER LEAGUE 2025-26: INTERESTING RECORDS AFTER WEEK EIGHT GAMES

The Ghana Premier League continued over the weekend with 18 teams chasing the ultimate trophy in the 2025-26 season. 

Interesting and surprising results were recorded across nine venues in the country, with history being made after Match Day eight fixtures. 

Five games saw over 1.5 goals, and three games played under 1.5, and one game ended goalless in the nine matches played during Match Day 8 of the Ghana Premier League, which started on Friday at the Bechem Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park.

The week's fixtures kicked off with one game played on Friday, one played on Saturday, and seven games were played on Sunday.
